Using sophisticated software, We are able to provide drawings for planning applications, detailed floor plans, file planning applications on your behalf, building regs drawings and applications, 3d walk throughs and views, accurate costings and of course, complete the work to a high standard using only the best local tradesmen

Loft Conversion

New craft room, Completion December 2023

We were asked to provide the design and layout of this build. The building was in a conservation area, so carefull planning and respect to the local vernacular were required.

We provided a new craft room to this upside down 2 bedroom Rectory with a fantastic finished end product and very happy clients.

Render Dry supplied the drawings for planning, structural requirements and filed the building regs application, working closely with the LABC throughout.

Barn Conversion

New barn conversion, Completed Jan 2024

Render Dry Ltd were called in to carry out this 3 bedroom, ground level barn conversion. This old barn was nothing more than an old storage barn and it was transformed to be a warm, light, comfortable living space.
